IEC60350-2 Standardized Cookware
Product details:Model ZLT-VSC
To test cooking zone,required settings and the needed cooking time of the cookware,according to IEC60350-2:2017 clause 5.6.1.1 and figure 1.
Standardized cookware-bottom material and construction:
-Material:stainless steel AISI type 430,non-shiny surface;
-Thickness:6mm±0.2mm;
-Dimensions as specified in below table;
-Flatness of bottom plate as specified in below table;a convex shaped bottom plate is not allowed,the flatness of the base has to be checked before starting a measurement;
-Annealing required,for a sufficient permeability of the cookware bottom,the disc has to be annealed,the annealing should be done for approximately 2h at approximately 650ºC in a nitriding furnace.
Standardized cookware-sidewall:
-Material:stainless steel AISI type 304;
-Thickness:1mm±0.05mm;
-Shape:cylindrical without handles or protrusions;
The sidewall is fixed to the bottom plated with heat resistant glue.
Standardized cookware-lid with temperature sensor:
-Material:aluminum;
-Thickness:2mm±0.05mm;
-Dimensions as specified in below table;
-With holes,where each hole on the circle of the lid has diameter of (16±0.1)mm;the holes shall be evenly distributed on the circle.
-The flat lid is adapted to accommodate a temperature sensor in the centre,the temperature sensor is positioned (15±1)mm above the inner cookware bottom.To achieve this,place a (15±1)mm reference block on the bottom of the cookware,mark the sensors and tighten the screws.
