Electric Scooter Endurance Tester

Product Details: Model ZLT-ES1
Purpose: To measure the resilience and durability of electric scooters, adhering to rigorous standards set by EN14619 clause 5.7, figure 5, and EN17128 clause 12.4.3.
A comprehensive test where a complete kick scooter must endure: the endurance test involves traveling at a circumferential speed of 0.5m/s over a total distance of 12 km. To accurately simulate real-world conditions, a 90 kg weight is strategically placed at the deck's center, complemented by an additional 10 kg positioned on the handlebar or joystick.
Standard Equipment Includes:
1. A drum with a minimum diameter of 700 mm, featuring three raised sections, each 15 mm high and 20 mm wide, with an angle of 17⁰ and 45⁰
2. Adjustable circumferential speed ranging from 0 to 3 m/s, allowing precise speed control.
3. Centralized mass placement of 90 to 100 kg on the deck, ensuring balance and accuracy.
4. An additional 10 kg weight, precisely located on the handlebar in its maximum extended position.
5. A sophisticated control system operated by PLC and a servo motor drive, providing seamless control over the tester while displaying real-time speed and stroke data.
6. An adjustable wheel distance system to modify the front and rear wheel spacing, ranging from 400 to 1000 mm.
7. Two 100 mm diameter engaged wheels for precise kick scooter distance testing.
