Engineered for precision, this apparatus performs continuous bending tests through swiveling movements to rigorously evaluate the supply cord entry point of appliances. It complies with the rigorous standards of IEC60335-1 clause 25.14 figure 8,,IEC60745-1,UL859 clause 42, and UL1005 clause 3.9, ensuring comprehensive testing.
The appliance section with the inlet opening is expertly affixed to an oscillating member. When in motion, the supply cord is centrally aligned, with its axis at the entry point being vertical and traversing the oscillation axis. Furthermore, the major axis for flat cords remains parallel to this oscillation axis.
Equipped with three sets of stationary fixtures, this apparatus adeptly secures and installs box-type and handheld samples. It provides versatile testing modes aligned with standard specifications, featuring ±45⁰, ±90⁰, and one-sided 180⁰, alongside user-defined modes to facilitate bespoke testing.
