Product details:Model ZLT-D1T
To test the mechanical strength for hinged doors,conforms to IEC60335-2-25 clause 21.101.
Hinged doors are positioned approximately 300 before the fully open position,sliding doors are positioned so that they are approximately two-thirds open.A force of 35N is applied to the inside surface of a hinged door at a point 25mm from its free edge or to the handle of a sliding door,the test is carried out five times.
The test is repeated on doors of stationary appliances and built-in appliances except that
-the door is initially placed midway between the fully open and closed positions;
-the applied force is 1,5 times the force required to open the door or 65N,whichever is greater,the test is carried out five times.
Doors are placed midway between the fully open and closed positions.A closing force of 90N is applied to the outside surface of a hinged door at a point 25mm from the free edge or to the handle of a sliding door,initially with the opposing force as described above,this test is carried out 10 times.
Spring constant of 1,05N/mm,circular plane surface 30mm in diameter,with dynamometer 35N-65N-90N.
