Our state-of-the-art tester is designed to evaluate the impact resistance of lids on appliances, such as spin extractors and washing machines. This is done by simulating real-world conditions, adhering strictly to the rigorous standards set by IEC60335-2-4 clause 21.101, IEC60335-2-7 clause 21.101.1, and several other pivotal standard guidelines.
Standard Outfit Includes:
1. Impact Element: Crafted with a precise rubber hemisphere of 70mm diameter, this component, combined with a 20kg cylindrical mass, is dropped from a height of 10cm to ensure thorough testing.
2. Basic Frame: Sturdy and reliable, approximately 1000mm in height, providing the necessary support and stability for accurate testing.
3. Release Mechanism: Ingeniously designed to accommodate varying sample sizes, this mechanism can be positioned on either the left or the right side.
4. Electric Drive Motor: Facilitating smooth and precise movement, this motor effortlessly raises or lowers the impact element and executes a controlled release.
Power Supply: Operating on A.C 220V 50Hz, with options for other voltages and frequencies available upon request to meet specific needs.
