Glow Wire Tester: Unveiling precision and reliability in fire resistance testing
Product details: Model ZLT-GTR: Your gateway to impeccable compliance in glow wire testing
Experience the pinnacle of fire resistance testing with our Advanced Glow Wire Testing Machine, meticulously engineered to comply with IEC60695-2-10(2013), IEC60335, IEC60598, and a host of other standards, ensuring thorough fire hazard assessments.
Our state-of-the-art testing apparatus simulates an ignition source using an electrically heated wire loop. This loop, pressed against the sample with unwavering precision, is monitored by a miniature jacket thermocouple, serving as an ultra-sensitive sensor to accurately gauge loop temperature.
Secure the sample with precision on a carriage, complemented by a tensioning cord and a 0.95N weight, directed towards the wire loop. Scales are ingeniously integrated to allow precise readings of flame height and penetration depth. Positioned approximately 200 mm below the wire loop, a pine wood board, elegantly layered with tissue paper, awaits for optimal testing conditions.
This exceptional device offers comprehensive judgment on the danger of fire propagation by assessing burning drops or glowing parts from the sample. Precision calibration is achieved using silver foils, where the melting point signals a precise temperature of 960°C on the measuring unit.
