Standardized cookware-bottom material and construction:
- Material: Premium stainless steel AISI type 430, featuring a non-reflective finish for exceptional performance;
- Thickness: 6mm±0.2mm;
- Dimensions: Refer to the comprehensive table below for precision measurements;
- Bottom plate flatness: As detailed in the table below; note that a convex shape is impermissible. Ensure base flatness is verified prior to measurement commencement;
- Annealing: Essential for optimal permeability of the cookware base, involving a 2-hour annealing process at approximately 650ºC in a state-of-the-art nitriding furnace.
Standardized cookware-sidewall:
- Material: Crafted from top-quality stainless steel AISI type 304;
- Thickness: 1mm±0.05mm;
- Shape: Elegantly cylindrical, free from handles or extensions;
The sidewall is seamlessly bonded to the bottom plate using heat-resistant adhesive.
